Of course not ... what dealer in his / her right mind would invest $100,000 in covers plus pay tech time to have each one installed and later removed from lot models that are only going to be sold?! Good grief, this is hardly any argument at all to not cover a trailer for protection from the elements ... I only don't cover ours during the camping season because it's too much work for me, otherwise during winter storage any trailer I've owned and stored outdoors has worn an ADCO breathable cover. :B
OP - I have had success with my ADCO cover. Follow the instructions that come with it and cover sharp corners - use bubble wrap, and cover the downspouts with a pool noodle. Mine is on it's 4th year with no tears or other issues.
