Again, thanks for the input. The rig has a front hitch, so I was thinking of interim COG adjustment via a hitch-mount carrier rack with firewood, water, etc. I know it has air shocks, but I will check into the leaf springs and the air bags. I have a 4WD suspension shop two blocks from my house here in Portland.
