Looks like a nice clean turn key setup . While you have it you should get it weighed .
If those are stock aluminum wheels I think they were made by Alcoa , if so they are plenty strong . You might be able to just upgrade tires . Worth looking in to .
Since it sat so long the BU lights may be bad connection at the plug . Try taking t on and off a few times .
