After a week's hunting trip I'm back home and thinking of getting a small lightweight truck camper for next year's trip. I've done some searches re: megacabs and truck campers, I already know it's not...

soft side is the way you want to go for a hunting rig, low center of gravity and light is key. I just sold a lance 1071 slide and I hauled it on a massivly modified 1 ton and no way in the world I would go down a forest service road or hunting road.

low center of gravity is more important than anything eles.
