New Ram 3500
Well I pulled the trigger today on a new Ram 3500 4x4 Limited. Pretty much like the one in my signature except has 29010 tow rating and 5680 cargo capacity, 9 speed tranny with 4.10s. Quite a bit more...

I seen you got the air ride on yours,I didn't get the air ride...was wondering what would happen if loaded one of the air bags blew out if it would still hold the load so I stayed with conventional spring setup. If I need to add air bags because of squatting $300 is a lot better than $1500.
It is very unlikely the bag will pop. If it does it will just squat down and look like 1/2 the 250/2500's on the road! It will NOT leave you stranded.
Sorry but a set of air bags you can adjust on the fly will cost you a lot more than $300. At least $1,000. The actual cost of the air ride is $1,356. Well worth a factory installed system. The truck will maintain the alt trailer ride up to the rear axle rating of 9,750#.

I understand what your saying but I just didn't think I wanted to go that route so I stayed with conventional setup. I doubt that I will load it up that much anyway. Good luck with your new truck and let me know if you have any issues with it, can watch for on mine...good looking setup
