I dont think they will be able to get to 450 hp with the CP3. They would have to pump out higher pressures than what the CP3 is capable of to reach that amount of horsepower and still be within emissions. The CP3 can easily out pump the CP4 in volume creating more horsepower, it just can't do it and still be emissions legal.
