2019 is the 30 year RAM/Cummins anniversary along with the 100 year for Cummins.
It will be interesting to watch, but I wouldn't expect to see much in that area. The other issue is Ram seems to mask the power by over use of electronic nannies. 1000 footpounds is impressive, but does nothing but burn more fuel if they don't let it be used. It will be interesting to see. They will be able to claim the most torque, the reality is while the engine is capable of a lot, you likely will not have access to it when you really want it. But we will see.
