2112quote RIDICULOUS
That's like saying I can sue Ford because I don't like the way the door doesn't stay open. The hold notches are improperly located. I had every opportunity to discover that before I bought the truck. It's a design flaw, plain and simple but I can't sue Ford or the dealer because of it.

2112, haven't you watching the news lately. Auto design flaws are being recalled by the millions this past year.
If it's a design flaw then the designer ( manufacturer) is completely responsible for fixing it PERIOD..
Don't kid yourself Keystone knew about this problem before they shipped it to the dealer.
WOW
Can not believe all the Keystone bashing .
We have a 2014 Cougar 28 RLS & ALL minor issues were resolved by Keystone & dealer although the 1 year warranty had expired .
PDI List (can't stress this enough)
This is not a bad design that failed this is a design flaw that OP agreed to upon signing the contract,
I opened every cabinet ,turned on all electrical ,checked for leaks while under pressure ,Got up on roof & checked all sealed joints for bad workmanship.
All RV manufactures have their issues regardless if its a 10,000 dollar entry level trailer or a 350,000.00 dollar diesel pusher .
Did not purchase several different brands of RV'S we looked at because of poor workmanship or bad engineering designs.
As stated above if toilet lid not staying up is all that's wrong with the bullet use a little imagination & make it work.
Keystones forum has a very detailed PDI List I printed & informed dealer we will go through every item on this list B4 I take delivery of trailer in which the dealer agreed to with 0 issues.
