HereI guess going forward we can advise others (because it is what
allegedly Keystone themselves communicated) Keystone has design issues. Or, designs issues.
Are we to believe all Keystone units of this specific model have toilet seats that cannot maintain an upright position ? More likely this issue is subject to who was running the drill on a given day. This is an example of poor quality control, as well as poor customer service. Most importantly a industry culture of its ok cus we will get away with it.
Why should we expect anything better ? Reading posts on how this is the customers fault is and example of us getting exactly the performance from our trailers, dealers, and their manufacturers we deserve. The RV industry counts on us avoiding the little effort it takes to hold them accountable.
