I like that ride too! Looks like as much fun as my Manx dune buggy, but I can seat all three kids in the buggy.
I might suggest building a tank into the trailer with a pump to refill the toys, it just seems safer. And more difficult for someone to steal a tank of gas mounted to the frame than a fuel tank - and they never seem to bring back the empty tank either.
I was considering a used tank from a junk yard, and then might even use the high pressure tank mounted pump found in modern fuel injected trucks. The tanks seem to be fairly close to the body, and come with straps already. Seems like a fairly easy project.
I also like taking along extra water. You might even consider that you can leave the TC tank only 1/4 full to keep some weight off the truck, and put it in the trailer. Then use a 12 VDC pump to refill the camper tank once in camp.
Do you already have solar on the camper? It is a great way to power a fantastic fan, and then use the trailer for a large kick back area (at least for the kids or anyone wearing dirty riding outfit?) You can carry a extra pair of golf cart batteries, and rig up a way to power the camper from the trailer battery, and then share power between them.
A couple of 100 - 150 watt solar panels are dirt cheap nowdays. Only about $1 per rated watt, not like 5 years ago when a 150 watt panel was well over $400.
