Don't know what tires came on your unit, but my fiver came with three-ply tires having a single sidewall ply. When the blowout came, the damage was more than $1,000. Since I replaced all four with good-quality tires after the blowout, it would have been much cheaper to have put good tires on the unit at the very beginning.
