GM makes it about impossible to get that 80 lb battery out from behind the hinge of the hood. I'm not that strong.

1-2months I'd expect the truck to start, but not if the camper is plugged in. Make sure that's unplugged.
Does it go dead by itself, or have you left the camper plugged in?
And driving it 6? miles won't do much for battery charging unless you do it at like 2 mph.
I agree with the dealer (don't say that often lol) you need to drive it or charge it.
Or disconnect the batteries like bedlam said.
it only takes 2 min to disconnect the lead battery.
