If your truck has 17" wheels or any other size I don't understand why you would want to buy new or used rims another size - just a waste of money.
Your your truck is a 2500 HD, your camper only weighs 3100 lbs, that's nothing.
I'm sure any LT E rated tire is more than enough for what you have.
