Just replaced my original BFG All Terrain T/A's with almost 40k miles with the BFG All Terrain T/A KO2, overall been very satisfied while using the vehicle for towing, off road and daily driver.
Sorry. But like brooks379, BFG KO2s are not a good choice. Took mine back to Discount Tire at 25,000 miles. All four tires were well in the wear bars. Good traction and ride, but I can't justify buying a $1000 set of tires every 25,000 miles.
Discount Tire gave me a great credit toward a set of Cooper Discover ATPs. So far, excellent tire. Great traction, ride, and plenty of stiffness in the sidewall.
Mine are 285-70-17s
