Anyway, your biggest limitation is the weight capacity of your rear tires.
The truck has an extremely stout axle, you’re not gonna break it. Same for all the other conpnenets.
Check the weight rating print on your tires and that’ll tell you your real world limit, which you can increase with bigger tires if need be.
It’s not a half ton, but a 2500 series truck.
