So would most of us! Are you willing to spend big time on solar and batteries with your limited budget? And I mean big time.
just fyi, here are the 2 I'm considering.. My budget is 35K or below.... I have a bike rally in Oct and want to sell my 2020 harley afterwards and that will give me atleast 4-6K to put down on a TT.
This one here is already equipped with the power pkg to run the AC off of the batts.

Your going to be sadly disapointed in that "power package" if you think your going to run a A/C unit for any length of time..
HERE is full specs on that..
"
400AH Single Mastervolt Mli Lithium-Ion Battery w/ Safety Disconnect
3kW (3000 Watts)/160A Inverter/Charger Mastervolt Combimaster
3 -190W Solar Panels (570 Watts) to Maintain/Charge Battery Bank
11,000 BTU Coleman Mach Soft Start A/C
2 Smart Remotes - Offering Monitoring and Control for the System
Side Solar Plug In Standard for Portable Solar Option"400Ahr battery and 570W worth of solar isn't going to cut it for running a A/C unit "down south"..
13.5K BTU A/C draws about 13A at 120V, roughly translates to 130A at 12V, run it for 1hr it will consume about 130Ahr of battery. That gives you about 3hrs max run time just for the A/C and no other items like lights, fridge or other 12V items..
Down south, that is good for pulling over and eating your meals road side in comfort while traveling.. Not so much for running A/C overnight or through the day..
