Yep, the E350 with V10 and HD everything is about the only thing I know of that would handle 9 passengers and a 10k trailer, and that might be pushing it but should work.
You should consider a dedicated Tow Vehicle and seperate passenger vehicle. Opens your options up significantly including a larger FW for housing that many people.
