New to Trailers --- Height Question

My Dad had to cut out an area of the concrete floor in his polebarn to fit his MH in. Actually, he had to do it twice when each successive MH he bought got longer. I learned from his learning curve and built mine with 13' high door openings. I visited the local RV dealer and found 12 1/2' is about the max for any type of RV height. Growing up, my family had a TowLow much like that Trailmanor. Dad stored it in a standard 2 stall garage. The low towing height makes it suitable for lower powered trucks and SUV's because of the lower wind drag.
