The size of the trailer is going to depend on the capacities of your truck and what you put in it. The tow rating is useless as you will exceed other ratings, mostly payload, well before reaching the tow rating.
The size and weight of the trailers you list may push or exceed the limits of your truck. What model Tundra do you have? The payloads will vary from 1200lbs to 2000lbs depending on body style. How many passengers and how much stuff do you plan to carry in the truck? Subtract all weights you add to the truck from your payload rating and what left is what you can afford for the trailers tongue weight. Trailers average 13% of their loaded weight on the tongue.
You definately need a WD hitch and brake controller.
