Lots of interesting things here, some said nicer than others. First off if you want new then go for new. There is something to be said to be the first in the bed, first on the toilet and first to dump the black tank without worrying what might already be there. As it has been said payload is the key so you will not get close to the 10,000 pounds towing. For 2 years I towed a max weight 7200 lb 34 foot trailer and one year a 8,000 lb 35 foot trailer with a F150 with 1,700 payload. I was max out and knew it but it towed great with plenty of power and all. In most cases the long the trailer the easier it is to back up. I realize some have problems towing longer trailer but it is pretty easy, the longer the trailer the longer the wheelbase you should have. I have updated my truck but the 150 did fine. You will most likely need to put all gear in the trailer as the payload will not let you put anything in the back of the truck. Other questions have been answered, warranty is up to you, I seem to be a sucker when it comes to them though.
