My recent experience is that the grey tank will fill waaayy before a black tank of equal size.
With close supervision of water use we ( two adults, two kids) can get two days out of our grey before it is full (35 gallon)
One way to deal with a full grey is to dump a little at a time into a bucket and pour it in the toilet. Or some camps have a grey dump/ basin you could use.
Or you could get a tote and haul that to the dump station.
I'm sure others will have more details and ideas as well.
