The things you are looking for fall more into the 5er arena than TT. Even then finding a used one configured as you like is going to be a challenge. Instead of dual 13.5k AC's, you might consider a single 15k unit. Ducted air conditioning is fairly efficient at cooling, and much more quiet in the bedroom.
Additionally, many campgrounds only offer 30 amp service, so you could only run one AC at a time anyway.
A 30 foot 2001 Layton Skyline will run around 10 to 13K depending. While a 2004 Coachmen Spirit of America runs about the same price. Some of those have 2 AC's as well.
