I also don't see any issues going that route. Due purely to physics a 5er will normally pull better than a TT, but we personally have no problems with sway on our 33' 10K# TT. We have a properly dialed in Reese WD hitch with integrated sway control and passing (very rare as I'm always passing them) semi trucks have very little to no effect on our towing combo's egress. I often read about the horrendous sway some former TT owners have had, apparently a combination of improperly dialed in WD/SC hitch and too little truck are the obvious culprits. With your truck I don't see a need for a Hensley or Propride, just a high quality WD/SC hitch properly installed should easily provide a comfortable towing experience. Enjoy your new TT!!!
