Nice to hear the trailer is getting you around and, particularly, the Carlisle's are working out. I have a similar sized rig and am looking to upgrade to a new set of tires.
I'd suggest that you perform a pressurized leak test to insure you get the most out of your Excel. I use a furnace sized squirrel cage blower mounted in a window to do this test and I know some guys have used a leaf blower forcing the air down a vent. The procedure is then, to go over the whole trailer with a spray bottle of soapy water. any leaks, even a pinhole, will make bubbles.
When I rebuilt my Starcraft I used the most modern sealants and took extraordinary time to seal, over, under, and through every joint. My first leak test brought up about two dozen leaks, most of them very small (pinholes). The only area that remained leak-free was the roof, I sealed that with Eternabond tapes.
