We really (really!) liked the Expedition, though everything in our price range was a rustbucket. Door sills, hatch and hood seemed to be made of salt.
The Suburbans and Tahoes in this neighborhood demand about 25-40% More than the Ford or Dodge, making them just too much money (we're a single income family).

2007 Durango, 5.7L MDS, Limited trim, 4x4.
It's got the grunt, 7 leather seats and the AWD. Trailer package is good for just shy of 8700Lbs, nearly 50% redundancy on our trailer and room for a little more.
