I have them and have had them for sometime. I did a prototype installation for TL on the Stow and Go steps on my Palomino and I love them. You need at least 3 inches below the door to mount the bracket. I had about 1.5" so I made a bracket to mount the (stow and go) bracket from 3x3 structural steel and welded that to the bottom stiffner on my camper. Worked out fantastic and TL has the pictures of my install. I'm sure they will send them to you if you ask them. Contact Kerstin Stokes at Torklift. I have to tell you that they work (at least in my case) better than I ever expected and I like the adjustable landing feet for uneven surfaces. I leave them on (secured in the bracket) all the time, even when the camper is off the truck.
Mine is a 4 step and my camper sits 37 inches off the ground when in the truck
