I believe the Pennzoil is the only oil with the Chrysler specification for the OP engine and is required for the 6.4 hemi and SRT branded hemi and not the 5.7 hemi. If any engine related failure would occur, I can assure you the oil receipts will be requested before any warranty repair is approved.
There's other 0W40 oils on the market that are probably as good or better than the Pennzoil but I wouldn't use them.
