Your axle ratio is found on page 27 of the Ford 2014 towing guide. It will either be a 4.10 with a 18,500 GCVWR and V10 or the 3.73:1 with the V10 and 15,000 GCVWR.
There will be either a 22 or 32 / 52/ 56 indicating 4.10:1 not limited slip, or 4.10:1 LS is B2, C2, E2, E6
3.73:1 ratios have a code 24 or 34 and limited slip would be B4 or C4.
On the E-450 you would have a 83 or F3 for open 4.56:1 ratio.

If you have the 5.4L then the GCVWR would be 13,000 pounds, and that information is found on page 19 of the towing guide.
