New trailer on a permanent site -slides staying out

I have RV Sites that some of my renters leave there slides out during the summer here in Yuma. Nearly all have a lot of dust, sand inside there RVs when
they get back in Oct. One Guy has 3 slides on his 40 ft 5th w and only two worked. Another guy was going to take his RV in to get a new roof and the 15 ft slide would not go in after being out for 5 years. I would put the slides in if I was you
