New trailer on a permanent site -slides staying out

We've had an rv on seasonal or long term campsites for 10 years this year.

I move the slides in and out 3-4 times during a six month period. I do this for two reasons, first to ensure everything is operational after cleaning & lubing, the second to move the seals from a standing single position.

I do this as a personal preference. We have many friends who leave slides out six months at a time.
