Question is, how well does the factory normally grease the bearings on new travel trailers? Should I be good this first year, or with a long trip planned this year would I be better off re-packing them myself before we take the long trip?
Do you feel lucky today?
There is no way of knowing how much grease, what kind of grease or the quality of the cheap Chinese bearings without pulling the hubs.
I learned the hard way about cheap bearings and replaced all with USA made bearings.
The easy lube grease fittings are a worthless sales gimmick and is no substitute for proper maintenance.
