Thanks... Well so far I have pretty much every communication back and forth with the dealer, etc. Just got off the phone with the CS department and of course the wife just found 1 more issue with the rear slide. Anyway, I won't and don't have a problem with letting folks know about the manufacturer and such, I just want my unit to be returned first. They have been pretty decent so far so not looking to throw them under the bus. I've talked to other owners and they have had not a single issue, so just assuming I'm the "lucky one".
Lemon Law doesn't apply in my state to RV's... :\ There are some federal laws I may be able to utilize if need be, but really, really don't want to go down that route.
Good idea about the leak test and asking for the results. I will certainly do that. I'm just concerned the lumpy floor is too far gone. I have mentioned to the dealer and the CS department that I would feel much better with a whole new unit. We'll see if mine is too far gone I suppose.
Thanks for all the replies so far, keep them coming if there are any other suggestions...
