I'm assuming CS means customer service department and it's the manufacturers CS department. If not I would contact the manufacturer directly and get them involved. You need to show the brand, model and year in your posts so others with the same unit can compare notes. I would sned a copy of this thread to the manufacturer so they will know that lots of RV'ers are also reading about the issues you have faced.
Be sure to end this thread with a final report showing everything is fixed and you are satisfied with your RV.
Our 5th wheel spent the first year at the manufacturer's repair facility more than it did at RV parks. But everything was fixed and we've been happy with for 19 years.
