Sorry for your troubles, LJ. It would, indeed, be quite frustrating to spend a fair amount of money for 'new' and still have to deal with these kinds of issues.
BTW, posting pictures of the problems without comments as to the mfr shouldn't be any problem. Stating/showing facts of your own experience is not unreasonable.
Either the mfr/dealer will return it fixed and you can show before/after pics that make them look good, or the after pics won't be so good and it is simply a fact. Hopefully the former :B
