Hey Everyone... Thanks for all the feedback and replies... I will certainly update everyone on the plan and my make and model. I feel somewhat better after talking to the CS (yes customer service) supervisor about this. Hopefully things will be resolved to my satisfaction and I feel much better about my purchase. I was out taking tons of pictures and videos. Now off to write up my report to send to the CS supervisor.
