Don't know who the OP feels he needs to protect. If the manufacturer puts out c**p for the consumer to buy the we should know about it. It is no different from Consumer Reports (for example) buying a vehicle and doing a review. Also naming the make, model etc. also might help a fellow RVer in the market to make a good decision. Lastly, knowing this info could actually help in getting specific and tangible help instead of just "best of luck for a good outcome".
