Would they concern me - ABSOLUTELY!!
I would be concerned that the unit would potential "twist" internally in some small fashion during the removal of the box and that new problems will arise once re-installed and then in use by you.
Have you asked them how many times they have done this and how often? How many new warranty issues arise from this?
Lastly, if they couldn't get it right the first time what is going to be done different this time to ensure that proper care is taken.
I just got my TT back from Keystone and they had to fix 5 leaking windows. Brand spanking new and never used. They are giving us one month's TT loan payment for the inconvenience.
Stand firm to them!
