I would put your concerns about having the trailer dismantled and reconstructed in writing. Ask for a replacement trailer or at the very least an extended bumper to bumper warranty to alleviate your concerns. Be polite, be firm and don't accept no for an answer. You will not get a new trailer but you will get the extended warranty.
After two trips back to the factory, been there, done that, it worked for me. BTW, I was glad I received the extended warranty, I needed it.
