I just got my TT back from Keystone and they had to fix 5 leaking windows. Brand spanking new and never used. They are giving us one month's TT loan payment for the inconvenience.
Stand firm to them!
This is exactly why the OP should as fla-gypsy suggested to give us at least the make and model since others with similar makes might have very informative information that the OP will now most likely not be getting.
His loss since he might be working with basically one hand behind his back with his refusal to give us at least the make and model which obviously did have problems or it would not be going back to the factory to start with. I can't see how telling us up front or withholding this information should make any real difference in the end ... it will be what it will be, but the inbetween process can be drastically different in whatever the final resolution will be. Some makes/models have had slide sagging/leaking issues and not every manufacturer attempts to repair them the same way and some are successful while others are less so. Unfornately, again the OP won't probably have the "added information" as it might apply to his particular make/model since that is an unknown to us. I know I would not give information about a model/manufacturer I had experience/information about that wasn't the same as what the OP is dealing with and that is where IMO the OP is hurting himself here, but that's his choice in the end.
