Hum, I'd be concerned about a floor replacement. Everything is structurally attached to the floor, not the walls. If fact if they lift 'everything' off of the floor/frame, I honestly can't see how damage to everything else won't happen.
I'd wait and see where it goes, then seek professional advice if they refuse to replace it. I certainly wouldn't keep it.
I would ask many questions how they actually are going to perform such a risky task and maybe seek another professional RV repair center in their opinion of this procedure.
None the less, I wouldn't want it. You paid for new and should not get a band aid fixed camper that was fixed very questionably.
