On your list of failures you can expect the awning will not be fixed… if it bent due to rain as you say one of two things was wrong… it wasn’t deployed tight, or it didn’t have enough tilt to it… I know you said you had it tilted but water just cannot run up hill… it backs up and the water weight creates a pond that stretches the vinyl until the tube can no longer support it… if the fabric was tight and with enough tilt the hardest of rains just run off…
I do hope you get the rest of your problems solved, but was wondering what happened between the time it was returned to the mfg., and while there they quit working on it and refused to restore the warranty or do more repairs… there seems to be a big gaping hole in this transaction…
Without mentioning things that are not allowed , could that have anything to do with you now saying it came back no better and maybe worse???
Is the dealer working with you the selling dealer??? And a local dealer??? Somehow I sense we are not getting the whole story from you, and I am not talking about brands or names… the same problems you are having has been experienced by people that own almost every brand, and has not been capitalized by a single brand...
