Sorry. I didn't mean to say that I would sue. I was saying that I would be so angry, and not thinking clearly, that I'd likely be shouting about lawsuits before I'd had a chance to calm down.
Unlike you, I think of this as a HUGE event, all the more so because it affects innocent people behind me. I just think that a tank falling out of a brand new trailer should be so rare as to be practically impossible - and yet we have heard this several times on this forum over the years.
