BubbaChris is right. Be calm but firm with everyone you talk to about your RV. Start with the manufacturer customer service, and then the dealer. Make notes of EVERY conversation, as to who you talked to and what was said. It will be a long haul, but you are talking about a lot of money and time. Be calm and firm.
