Glad to hear the dealer is responding just as any other retailer would if the goods purchased failed miserably the first time out. And without any "it's not our fault" bushwa.
Reminds me of the time I bought a toaster at Walmart and one side of the element didn't light up. Took it back to the store the next day, and instead of saying "We didn't build it, so we won't back it up", they gave me a new one!
