She does NOT care for Jayco,she thinks the interior colors are dark and it is depressing. I will really appreciate any input form you folks.

Jayco White Hawk 28dsbh sleeps 10 easily. But it isn't all that lite. The one I saw had a yellow sticker weight of 5600lbs.
On the other hand. My APEX 288BHS has the same floorplan, and a yellow sticker weight of 4811 lbs. Yes it sleeps 10 in comfort, Yes it is light. It is 31' bumper to ball. In truth has 5 full beds. Sofa sleeps 2, Dinette sleeps 2, Bottom bunk sleeps 2, and top bunk sleeps 2, Not to mention my queen in the front. So you see. No need to convert a toy hauler, or anything like that. The beds are already there. We do 10 people for a week at the beach.
The wall construction of Azdel gives it light weight, and high R value.
