To the op, doesn't sound like much of a conundrum, just sounds like you want a new truck but don't want to deal with inspection criteria. Here's a thought. Keep the OE wheels and put them on for your "inspection" if you think it's an issue...........or, and I can't believe I'm saying this, like Fish said, buy a ford!
