New truck advice

I have been having overheating problems on my F150 EB (2012 with 28k miles) and yesterday was the final straw. So now I have decided that rather then keep replacing everything in the cooling system (I have been through 2 radiators and am now possibly looking at a head gasket) I am better off moving on. I am looking at 2 trucks, both the same price -

2011 Ram 2500 Mega Cab CTD with 61k miles. (fully loaded)

2012 Ram 2500 Crew Cab Short Bed CTD with 41k miles 4x4 SLT model

One year better than the other or is it just preference at this point?

    The Ram is definitely a tad "rougher" than the F150 but worth it.

    Which truck?

    8244# is 44# over the F150+HD payload GVWR but 756# under the RAM's 9000#.

    Curious how you like the RAM 2500's ride compared to the F150+HD ??
