Damage to fridge happens in as little as 15 minutes if greatly off level. So a "few days" will be death if it's out of spec.
If you wish to take a chance that's fine but my last fridge was going strong at 14 years old because we always kept it very level. If you cannot get it level, I would not run it. Instead, put some ice in it and use it as an ice box.
