It will come with full LP Tanks and a battery. Forget about the hoses. They'll throw in a piece of junk hose and you'll throw it away and buy good hoses. I would try for the hitch. Even if you can't get them to throw it in, maybe you can get them to split the cost. If that's a hard NO, go for something less expensive like lynx levelers or a sewer hose support or an RVLock.

Saw no to extended warranty, put that where the sun doesnt shine. Absolutely refuse to pay for 'documentation fees' Stand your ground on out the door price.
A wdh hitch is a good bargaing point, forget the nickle and dime incidentals like hoses

You get the deal you get or you get the deal you make and that's what you get.. There is no standard or general rule to the deals, no matter what folks say...

No matter what deal you make, someone will always have made a better deal, and you will actually make a better deal than someone else..

In the end, it's the deal that works for YOU that will let you enjoy your new rig or not..

I shopped around, found the deal I was happy with and went with it. Done deal.

I don't worry about it. I know I got a better deal than the one I was working on before and walked away.. You just have to know when to walk or when to talk..

I would forget the "freebes" and go for low price.
Do your homework, have your sensible top price limit set and walk if you don't get it.
Just don't tell them what it is. on my last two trailers I got both of them below my top limit price.
Don't be timid or they will take advantage of you

When shopping for my current (2013) 5th wheel I searched the internet for the best price then emailed a few dealers comparing the RV and price to see who would bargain. My local wouldn't budge on lowering the same rig $5,000 so I drove from CA to TX and bought it. I got lucky, my dealer in TX had the best price, held the unit for 2 months until I could drive down, and threw in $150 worth of store stuff as well as the hitch I wanted. I'd recommend you email and call until you get the price you want. Get it in writing (email) so you can hold the price to them if you have to drive a distance. Good luck

Pre-COVID that was true. Now the entire world has decided that the RV is the perfect socially-distanced vacation, dealer inventory is at an all time low and factories can't keep up.

I see that RV.usa has this model listed with an MSRP of $28k, so that's one data point. There are dealers on the web that have these in stock, and there is always somebody willing to give you a lower price. The question is how much time/effort/travel are you willing to invest chasing a lower price?

Also keep in mind that many RV dealers will only do warranty work on units that they sell. Unlike automotive brands, RV manufacturers won't force a dealer to provide warranty work on a unit just because they sell that brand, they allow a dealer to only perform warranty work work on the units sold at that dealership. There were a few online "virtual" dealers with no overhead that were undercutting local dealers on price, so the manufacturers allowed this as a way for the local dealers to "fight back".
