I'm glad to hear that it was a simple fix, and hope you are now enjoying your Bullet. I know I am!

When I had a TT with a slide, I had to have the trailer level and no pressure on the stabilizer jacks when extended or retracting the slide.

I have the same exact TT and love it! I have not had any issues with the slide. Did the dealer demonstrate it when doing the PDI? I asked the tech how I crank the slide in if the mechanism fails. Apparently you have to unbolt part of the underbelly to get to the crank location. So I hope the slide never gets stuck! I've used the slide dozens of times with no issue so far.

Have you checked the top of the slide for a slide lock?
